- Monthly Performance bonuses
- Full time, year round work
- Monday through Friday schedule. Weekends off

- Diagnose weeds, turf issues, insects, and disease
- Educate customers and answer basic lawn care questions
- Operate and maintain spray equipment
- Run your route efficiently and professionally
- Track work and notes using mobile software
What We Are Looking For
- Lawn care or outdoor work experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and team first mindset
- Self motivated and goal oriented
