Finest Auto Hail Repair is a veteran-owned company that fixes hail-damaged vehicles at no cost to the customer by handling the insurance claim from start to finish. We move fast, keep CARFAX reports clean, and maximize vehicle value.
We give our sales team everything needed to close: pre-qualified leads inside Salesforce CRM and a mobile app that verifies hail damage so you’re not guessing or wasting time.
We are a remote company (HQ in Denver) hiring across the United States. This is a 1099 commission only role. If you crush it, we can talk about bringing you on as a W2. Each booked car = $1,000.
Role Description (Read This First)
This is a remote sales role.
You are selling free auto hail repair to people who already have damage.
They don’t pay out of pocket. Insurance covers it. Your job is to get them to commit and bring the car in.
That’s it.
You will:
- Work a list of leads daily in Salesforce
- Call, text, email, and message on social
- Use our app to confirm damage ( They scan the car, it tells them to bring it in or if its totaled)
- Get the customer scheduled into a shop
If the car gets repaired, you get paid.
You earn $1,000 per completed sale (per car).
Do 10 cars = $10,000
Do 20 cars = $20,000
No cap.
Qualifications
- You can get people on the phone and keep them there
- You can handle objections and close
- You are organized enough to work a lead list daily
- You don’t need hand-holding
Sales experience helps, but if you can sell, that’s what matters.
