Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and cross-functional departments to support and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
- Assist in planning and coordinating public-facing events such as groundbreakings, ribbon-cuttings, community engagements, and client appreciation events.
- Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and interview materials that reflect Findorff’s brand and capabilities.
- Research and draft compelling project stories, team member spotlights, and client success narratives.
- Help manage promotional items and branded giveaways, including sourcing, pricing, and ordering.
- Draft social media posts and website content.
- Engage with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing deliverables.
- Assist in maintaining photo libraries and organizing visual assets for marketing use.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team as needed.
- Housing Assistance - monthly stipend provided for all students to assist housing and relocation costs.
- Job Site Visits - see projects from other industries: Education, Healthcare, Science & Technology, Multifamily Housing, or Corporate.
- Offsite Events - Findorff helps organize multiple events for Co-ops/Interns so you can network with other students on different projects.
- Currently pursuing degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for storytelling, branding, and community engagement.
- Prior internship or work experience in marketing, communications, or event planning is preferred but not required.
