Registered Nurse (RN) — Primary Care & IV Therapy
Sedona, Arizona | In-Clinic | Part-Time
FIND Healthcareers is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Agave Adult Medical Care (www.agavemedicalcare.com), a Sedona clinic providing personalized primary care, wellness services, and coordinated specialty access.
This is an in-clinic, patient-facing position supporting Agave's Nurse Practitioner. The RN will assist with daily patient care, provide IV and injectable therapies, and help maintain an organized and welcoming clinical environment.
Agave's back-office team handles most scheduling, laboratory orders, and routine administrative coordination, allowing this RN to remain focused primarily on clinical care.
What You'll Do
Support the NP during primary care, wellness, and follow-up visits.
Complete patient intake, vital signs, medication review, and clinical documentation.
Prepare patients and examination rooms for appointments.
Perform venipuncture and establish peripheral IV access.
Prepare, administer, monitor, and discontinue IV infusions according to provider orders and clinic protocols.
Administer medications and injections as ordered.
Assist with specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
Educate patients about treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
Monitor patients and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or clinical concerns.
Maintain treatment rooms, clinical supplies, IV inventory, and required logs.
Assist with patient messages, clinic flow, and light in-clinic administrative work.
Coordinate with the NP and Agave's back-office team to ensure patient needs are addressed.
What We're Looking For
Active Arizona RN license or valid multistate license permitting practice in Arizona.
Current BLS certification.
Strong IV placement, venipuncture, and infusion-monitoring skills.
At least two years of nursing experience preferred.
Primary care, outpatient, infusion, urgent care, or wellness-clinic experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
A dependable, patient-centered RN who is comfortable working closely with an NP in a smaller clinic setting.
