You'll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit. What You'll Need
- Active unrestricted RN license and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
- Active CPR certification.
- Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
- A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.
