We're Hiring: Construction Lending Administrator
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in residential mortgage or construction lending? We’re looking for a Construction Lending Administrator to manage construction loans from closing through project completion and conversion to permanent financing.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for builder draw requests.
- Review and maintain builder approval documentation.
- Track property inspections and ensure timely draw processing.
- Calculate and release draw funds accurately.
- Monitor loan progress and handle extensions as needed.
- Coordinate loan modifications or conversions to permanent financing.
- Prepare reports on loan activity and ensure compliance with regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of residential mortgage or construction lending experience.
- Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with loan servicing software and Microsoft Excel/Word.
