We are seeking a professional and personable Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a dental practice in Clemson, SC. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in dental or medical office management. Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus! This individual will be the “problem solver” of the office and must be able to communicate well with all parties!
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:45am - 5pm and Friday 7:45am - 1pm
Location: 100% Onsite in Clemson, SC
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations of the front office ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs for all patients
- Manage the insurance, insurance estimates, and communicate account information and billings/collections when needed
- Manage scheduling of all team members, filling the schedule when needed
- Manage employee conflicts and resolutions
- Implement office procedures for efficiency
- Handle patient concerns, complaints, or feedback with professionalism and care
- Coordinate with staff to support seamless patient flow
- Monitor billing practices, collections, and financial reporting
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in dental or medical office management
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with doctors, patients, and staff
- Strong understanding of insurance billing
- Experience using Eaglesoft is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
- $25-30/hour, based on experience
