About the Role
We’re seeking a Data & Analytics Specialist to support reporting, CRM analytics, and data quality initiatives for a growing, mission‑driven organization. This role sits on a collaborative analytics team and partners closely with Finance, Development, and external vendors to ensure accurate, actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Power BI (PBI) reports and dashboards to support leadership, finance, and external partners
- Work heavily within a CRM environment to analyze, segment, clean, and manage data
- Current CRM is Microsoft Dynamics (Power Platform, Dataverse, Advanced Find)
- Experience with other CRMs is welcome
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries; explore schemas and relational databases as needed
- Support financial and operational reporting, partnering closely with Finance
- Manage and improve data quality, including deduplication, validation, and standardization
- Provide analytics and reporting support to internal teams and partner organizations
- Serve as a technical liaison with the CRM vendor, supporting enhancements and issue resolution
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience working with a CRM (3–5 years ideal)
- Microsoft Dynamics experience strongly preferred
- Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Comfort learning data schemas and navigating complex datasets
- Experience supporting finance, fundraising, or operational reporting is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable owning data accuracy and cleanliness
