A transportation company is seeking an Account Manager in their Richmond, VA office. The main objective of this role is to successfully grow the companies lease and rental truck sales to clients in their Virginia territory. This is a direct hire, full time position with great earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage lease & rental customer relationships
- Prospect new business through calls, visits, referrals, and digital tools
- Coordinate truck specs, deals, deliveries, and documentation
- Partner with service teams to ensure fleet uptime and customer satisfaction
- Manage billing, renewals, and lease lifecycle activities
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in fleet, leasing, trucking, equipment sales, or operations
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Financial and operational mindset with a problem solving approach
