Finch & Maloney PLLC located in Manchester, NH seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal with 3 years of relevant filing and prosecution experience. Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Duties include-
Provide paralegal assistance to attorneys including preparing and filing patent and trademark documents with USPTO, preparing client correspondence, and template documents.- Experience with USPTO, PATENTCENTER, WIPO, EPCT and related programs such as CPI, Word and Adobe
Maintain and review client dockets and communicate docket update to docketing
Obtain files, publications, and documents as needed for supported attorneys
Maintain electronic client files per Firm/Client policy; and sort and file documents as needed
Maintain up-to-date client and Firm information in attorney/client databases, client contact instructions, client and associate correspondence instructions, etc.- Proven self-starter who is able to work well as a team member in providing clients quality service in a fast-paced environment.
