Key priorities:
- Build and lead a best-in-class finance function, including upgrading controllership and strengthening team capability
- Drive margin improvement and cash discipline across a multi-entity structure
- Lead ERP transformation and establish robust reporting and consolidation processes
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, sponsor, and board, shaping the next phase of value creation
Requirements:
- CFO (or step-up) experience within automotive dealerships is essential
