Role Description
Are you motivated and enjoy working with people? We're looking for someone who can become part of our business, family and culture. This is a part-time, long-term remote role for an Appointment Setter / Client Engagement Specialist based in Atlanta, GA. The specialist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, generating leads, and managing client engagements to ensure a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include contacting potential clients, building rapport, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to meet outreach goals while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Must be based in Metro Atlanta
- Experience in Lead Generation or setting appointments
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client engagement
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM software or scheduling tools is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, especially in financial services, is a plus
- Must be 18 and able to pass background check
- Open to obtaining a Life Insurance License within 30 days
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls to warm and semi-warm leads
• Follow up with prospects and past inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain simple CRM updates
• Attend weekly team/strategy meetings

🗓 Schedule
• Sundays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekly team meeting
Friday or Saturday : 2–3 hours
Total Hours: up to 10hrs /week
Hourly Pay based on experience
