Lead Qualification & Appointment Setter
Job Overview
We are hiring motivated, driven individuals to work incoming and aged leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for a licensed health insurance advisor.
This is a performance-based role.
If you are competitive, money-motivated, and confident on the phone, this can turn into a very strong income opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Call and text warm and aged leads
- Qualify prospects based on basic health and budget criteria
- Overcome light objections
- Set confirmed phone appointments
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Keep notes organized inside CRM
You will NOT be pitching or closing insurance plans.
Your role is to pre-qualify and book solid appointments.
Compensation
- No cap on earnings
- High performers can earn significantly more than hourly roles
Compensation details will be discussed during interview but here is a basic breakdown of earning potential every day:
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable on the phone

This is not a passive role. It requires consistency, urgency, and follow-through.

- Not insurance sales (you are not closing)
