The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to senior leaders on the Client Advisory Team. Admin, Events, Client Service and Recruiting
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that blends executive support, client service, internal coordination, and cross-functional project management. Supporting several senior professionals and collaborating with client teams, the EA ensures efficient operations, outstanding client experiences, and streamlined internal processes across meetings, travel, recruiting, events, and compliance.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-first environment.
• Provide high-level administrative support to several senior members of the Client Advisory team.
• Perform heavy calendaring duties, scheduling complex internal and external meetings, and ensuring schedules are well-coordinated and aligned with business priorities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, representing executives with professionalism, discretion, and excellent judgment.
• Plan and coordinate all logistics for internal events and client meetings (on-site, virtual, and off-site).
• Assist with the creation and production of client books, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Coordinate complex domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, managing changes in real time.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports using expense management system
• Partner with the Office Manager and Receptionist to ensure seamless meeting-day execution.
• Coordinate senior leaders’ involvement in boards and committees.
• Be an active member of the Administrative team
• Assist with recruiting efforts as needed by scheduling interviews.
• Not mandated for a Bachelor's degree, but some college and EA/administrative experience out of a busy professional services firm
• 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level managers.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Operate with integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Positive, proactive, “no job is too small” attitude.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime if needed.
• Client service mindset with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Financial services industry experience preferred but not required.
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
