Primarily serving hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital firms since 2021, Skematic is breaking barriers to offer a solution to drive efficiencies for compliance teams navigating the ever-changing complexities of regulation in capital markets. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role growing the firm by generating SQLs for sales wins.

Specifically, as a Business Development Representative at Skematic, you will:

Drive revenue growth by generating leads and securing meetings so our sales execs can focus on closing deals

• Make high volume of cold calls each day to prospects.
• Grow Skematic’s market share by seeking out opportunities and converting prospects into qualified leads.
• Set appointments for AE’s & CRO and track metrics and performance against set targets
• Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of all communications with prospects.
• Maintain a high level of competence using sales sequencing and CRM tools.

While drive and passion are most critical, our ideal candidate also has:

• Previous experience in a high-volume outbound sales role.
• Experience working in Financial Services, RegTech, Compliance, or Fintech and selling to those clientele.

• This is a hybrid role if you are within commuting distance to the Medford, MA office; otherwise, remote work will be considered with candidates residing in ET/CT time zones.
  
  

Salary: base salary is experience dependent and can range from $65,000 - $75,000 a year tiered commission structure (no cap).
