The Role
We’re looking for a Relationship Development Associate (RDA) to join our Virginia Beach team. RDAs start by learning how to build professional relationships, communicate value, and support client-facing work, all within a team-based, development-focused environment.
As experience grows, responsibilities expand. This role offers clear progression and increasing ownership, including the opportunity to pursue professional licensing as part of your development path.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain professional relationships
- Support outreach, follow-up, and relationship development
- Learn how financial planning works in practice
- Participate in presentations and client conversations
- Develop communication, organization, and leadership skills
Growth & Development
As part of your progression, you’ll have the opportunity to pursue industry licensing and credentials, including:
- Life & Health insurance licensing
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Series 7 and Series 66
