Webinar Production Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, deadline-driven Webinar Production Coordinator to help bring our webinars to life.

In this role, you’ll manage the behind-the-scenes production process—from collecting presenter materials to polishing presentations and ensuring everything is ready to go live. If you’re the type of person who catches formatting inconsistencies, spots typos instantly, and thrives on keeping projects on track, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with presenters to collect materials and keep deadlines on track
• Review and edit presentation slides for clarity, grammar, and consistency
• Ensure all webinar materials meet company standards and are production-ready
• Organize webinar assets and maintain structured workflows
• Host live webinars and support day-of execution
• Track tasks and timelines using project management tools
• Upload and proof quizzes and supporting materials
• Communicate clearly with presenters and internal teams

Pay: $25.00 - $27.50 per hour
