Administrative Assistant – Part Time (Waltham area)
Financial advisor looking for an exceptional candidate to provide support for growing practice. Candidates must be goal oriented, have a strong work ethic, highly organized as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative duties include (but are not limited to): Maintaining client relationships including communication, documentation and files. Prompt response to mail, telephone or email inquiries from clients and other business partners as well as calendar management. Other administrative duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role; preferably in financial services.
- Proactive approach to client service.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Extreme attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Outstanding telephone etiquette.
- Must have solid proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Holder of Series 6, 7, 63 and/or 65) securities license(s) is helpful.
- Knowledge of client management and financial planning software (RedTail and eMoney) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
This is a part time position: 10 hours/week with the potential for increased hours. Hours/days can be flexible. Must be able to work late afternoons/early evenings a few times a month. Successful completion of a background check, fingerprint screening and previous employment verification. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
