Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Associate located in Rockville, MD. Seeking a CSA to help in the day-to-day practice management for a growing financial planning team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and providing support in maintaining strong client relationships. The Client Service Associate is primarily responsible for client service as well as providing a broad range of support to their assigned client advisory team and other advisory teams on an as-needed basis. The individual’s time will be spent delivering superior customer service to clients. We’re looking for someone with prior administrative experience, ideally from within the financial services industry. This person should be organized, with strong attention to detail, and excellent communications skills.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
· Supporting the team in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships
· Onboard and maintain client accounts, ensuring all required forms are prepared and processed completely and accurately.
· Tracking new business and seeing cases through to completion, keeping the advisor up to speed on pending business, production and progress.
·Executing money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or FA team
· Answering income correspondence on general non-investment-related questions concerning client accounts
· Supporting FA team in completing annual compliance requirements and household maintenance
· Provide exceptional service to all our clients by assisting with their requests and account actions to completion.
Specifics

· One or more years of industry experience preferred
· Proficient in a Windows/PC work environment – especially Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
