Daily Responsibilities:
• Own the day-to-day relationships with lines of business, agency partners, and sponsorship
properties
• Drive tangible business outcomes including strengthening brand awareness, consideration
through acquisition
• Report and analyze key metrics and optimize campaign tactics as needed
• Lead enterprise objectives identifying and managing opportunities to align brand strategy
within marketing and business initiatives.
• Work with rapidly changing and growing digital/social technology associated with
marketing campaigns, knowing how to leverage the various technology mediums to drive
engagement

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
• Degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications and/or Advertising
• 4-7 years of experience with brand marketing and sponsorship activation
• Proven ability to innovate and create differentiating, proprietary marketing programs to
build brand leadership; proven expertise in flawless program execution
• Strong time and budget management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Experience building partnerships and managing complex relationships with external
partners
• High level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to master new computer
software
• Proficiency in results reporting and strong analytical skills
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
• Knowledge of Financial Services industry
• Knowledge of U.S. market
