Purpose of Role
The IAM Operations Analyst II will be responsible for providing support in the day-to-day operations and administration of Finance of America’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. The role will assist in maintaining application, database, server and network access. The Analyst II will provide oversight for an assigned group of applications and maintain the documentation of system configurations and workflows.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in supporting multiple applications and maintains the proper documentation of system configurations, standards, policies and workflows.
- Supports the IAM team with the provisioning and deprovisioning of access to applications, infrastructure and operating systems in adherence with established IAM policies and procedures.
- Performs New-Hire Onboarding, Employee Offboarding, Department Transfers, access remediation, and privileged access requests.
- Assists with updating and resolving tickets with timely settlement of assigned user requests and issues as defined by Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provides support to the Senior IAM Analysts in assisting with the training, assigning, and guiding for the Compliance team in conducting regular user access reviews focused on Identity Governance and Administration.
- Works with the Technology Risk Management team to support the defined user access review standards and procedures that ensures the success of the SOX compliance program.
- Supports the production environment for Identity and access management security platforms, which is used for identity governance and administration.
- Conducts technical troubleshooting and data issue analysis related to identity governance and administration.
- Provides support to the Senior IAM Analysts in partnering with the Robotic Process Automation team to improve the workflow of quarterly user access reviews and automates user tasks. Assists with automating identity processes that help to manage and secure user access.
- Assists the Senior IAM Analysts with recommendations to process changes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Education – Required
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable qualifications
Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies
- 4 years of related experience with provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Knowledge of technologies underpinning the lending process.
- Knowledge of key U.S. laws and regulations relating to financial services technology and cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of a wide range of technologies and how to best leverage them at enterprise scale to achieve strategic objectives.
- Experience with technology across lending and financial services industry verticals preferred.
- Familiarity with lending and technology industry trends and strategic direction.
- Ability to stay abreast of rapidly changing technologies and ideas across the lending space.
- Must be proficient with the following: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and ServiceNow.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Analytical end-to-end thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($65,000 - $75,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
