Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in systems analysis, application design, or software development.
Substitution for Bachelor's degree: Relevant IT Associate's Degree.
OR
An Associate's degree and two years of related IT experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree requirement.
Substitution of Experience for Education: Related IT experience may substitute for the required bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of four years.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel.

- Ensure all APIs adhere to security best practices, performance standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Partner with the Scrum Master to support agile ceremonies and maintain predictable delivery cycles.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to refine requirements and clarify technical feasibility.
- Work with QA to drive high-quality testing practices and support efficient defect resolution.
- Contribute to continuously improving development processes, coding standards, and architectural decision-making.
