Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Express, and Ruby on Rails, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Design system architectures with scalability and performance in mind, employing design patterns and microservices architecture principles.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to enable smooth communication between front-end interfaces and back-end services.
- Collaborate in Agile software development cycles, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Optimize application performance by leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure; ensure systems are secure with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
- Utilize version control systems like Git or SVN to manage codebases effectively across development teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in application development across multiple programming languages including JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, C , and C.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as Linux servers, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience designing scalable systems with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks like React or similar technologies for web development projects.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices including design patterns, scalability strategies, and version control workflows.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements efficiently.
- Bonus skills include quantum engineering insights, VBA scripting, SQL/MySQL database management, and familiarity with tools like SVN or GitHub for source control.
