Final Phase is a growing cleaning company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented part-time cleaner to join our team.

This position starts at approximately 10–12 hours per week, with additional daytime opportunities expected as we continue to grow. More common-area cleaning hours are anticipated beginning in August.

Schedule:

• Starts at approximately 10–12 hours per week
• Daytime cleaning required
• Office cleaning must be completed very early in the morning
• Additional daytime hours expected as new accounts begin

Pay Growth:
Pay is reviewed within the first 90 days based on attendance, quality of work, communication, checklist completion, and overall reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming carpeted stairs and hallways
• Using a backpack vacuum
• Mopping floors
• Wiping down washers & dryers
• Removing trash & replacing liners
• Cleaning restrooms
• Cleaning office space
• Following assigned cleaning checklists
• Taking photos of completed work when required

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently after training
• Comfortable using a backpack vacuum
• Physically able to vacuum stairs and common areas
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Able to use a timekeeping app to clock in and out
• Able to complete cleaning checklists through the timekeeping app
• Able to take and upload photos of completed work when required
• Cleaning experience is helpful but not required
