Commercial Cleaning Technician

Pristine Green Commercial Cleaning is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to maintain our portfolio of Airbnb and short-term rental properties. This position plays a critical role in ensuring every property is guest-ready by delivering exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and understands that attention to detail directly impacts guest satisfaction and property ratings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb and vacation rental properties between guest stays.
• Sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and all common areas according to company standards.
• Make beds using hotel-style presentation techniques.
• Restock guest amenities, toiletries, coffee supplies, and household essentials.
• Inspect properties for cleanliness, damage, maintenance concerns, or missing inventory.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or low supplies immediately through company procedures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and polish all surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Ensure appliances are clean and functioning properly.
• Stage each property to create a welcoming, five-star guest experience.
• Complete quality control checklists before leaving each property.
• Maintain company equipment and cleaning supplies in an organized condition.
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines.
• Occasionally assist with laundry, linen management, and inventory organization.

Qualifications:

• Previous residential, hotel, Airbnb, or commercial cleaning experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable using smartphones to receive assignments, complete checklists, and communicate with supervisors.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on guest bookings.
