What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fin & Tonic Food Runners position at Fin & Tonic?
Food Runners report directly to the Executive Chef and coordinate with the FOH Management and Service Team throughout service to ensure all guests receive a 5 Star experience while maintaining all F&T standards.
Set up expo station with all garnishes, sauces and condiments necessary for service.
Set up cleaning/sanitation items for expo station prior to service.
Run food, assist in plating, throughout service period, in conjunction with Executive Chef.
Maintain all standards for plating are maintained throughout service.
Deliver food to guests with a smile, in a timely and accurate manner throughout service.
Clean up the line after family meal has concluded.
Clean and sanitize expo station prior to checking out with Kitchen Mgt. Team.
