Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor progress, measure performance, and provide regular status reporting
- Respond to urgent or emergency project needs in coordination with clients and partners
- Ensure projects align with organizational goals and service standards
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-demand environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Strong technical understanding of software development and web technologies
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to begin employment within the next 30 days
- Willingness to be available occasionally on weekends as business needs require
- Ability to support emergency response efforts with partners and clients
