Position Overview
As the Office Manager, you will oversee general office operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across administrative and operational tasks. This is a hands-on role that supports a wide range of responsibilities to promote a productive and positive work environment. This position requires multitasking, strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized and efficient workplace
Maintain office filing systems and ensure accurate documentation of all key processes
Maintain employee punches and information up to date
Print purchase orders and coordinate shipping documentation
Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Assist with onboarding new employees including processing paperwork and conducting orientation
Maintain employee records and support payroll submissions in coordination with HR or accounting
Schedule and manage records for employee time off sick leave and other HR related matters
Monitor office supply levels and order essentials such as labels paper and other materials
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office
Organize office events meetings and team gatherings as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an office manager administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in shipping logistics or warehouse operations is a plus
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
Basic understanding of payroll, HR processes and general office administration
Positive professional demeanor with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
