POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of a Fillogic HUB Operations Manager, the Fillogic Hub Assistant Operations Manager (AHOM) is responsible for managing specific aspects of hub operations based at a Fillogic facility
- Support Fillogic Hub staff acquisition / training / management
- Lead Fillogic logistics business processes in a Fillogic Hub location(s)
- Ship from store order pick-up / consolidation / sort / shipping
- Inbound freight receipt / de-consolidation / delivery
- Forward freight staging receipt / de-consolidation / storage / processing
- Pick / pack order processing / shipping
- Manage hourly and executive staff through equal and fair, progressive discipline standards in direct conversation with Fillogic leadership
- Ensure merchandise processing flow and inventory management standards maintained along established SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Maintain strict inventory controls for receiving & storing inventories, accurate & timely processing, as well as shipping of Fillogic partner inventory
SPECIFIC TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all areas of the Fillogic Hub facility operational functions and team members
- Ensure that all established procedures are being followed and maintained
- Identify methods and procedures to improve and strengthen performance levels
- Strive to achieve (or surpass) previous production and inventory management goals
- Manage productivity of Fillogic Hub operations, and adjust to proper staffing levels based on workloads
- Encourage and support the hub operations team during the implementation of new systems and programs to support Fillogic business growth
- Assess and make recommendations for performance and productivity improvements
- Maintain strict inventory controls on all inventory movements in / out of the hub
- Maintain close communication with HUB Operations Management and team member reports
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bi-lingual (i.e., English & Spanish) preferred
- A team player, with proven ability to build and influence others, able to build relationships and direct resources to obtain the desired results
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible and willing to support business requirements
- Knowledge of store operations Point of Sale (POS) and/or logistics Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Able to create a positive and healthy work environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft and Google business applications
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of distribution center experience.
SCHEDULE:
- 5 Day Work Week
- Set scheduled days one month in advance
- Available Sun | Mon | Tue | Wed | Thu | Fri | Sat
- Early and late schedules along business need
- Early: 8:30 - 5:30
- Late: 10:00 - 7:00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
