Filling Homes is looking for a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) who wants to make a difference enriching lives of people with Developmental Disabilities. The QIDP position is supervisory in nature and responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of resident individual support plans.
What you will do while working at Filling Homes…
- Be the primary advocate for the individuals served
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor person-centered ISPs for each individual
- Promote outcome-based approach to service delivery
- Coordinate service delivery with nurses, therapists, day habilitation sites, and local schools.
- Work closely with direct support professionals related to services and supports provided.
- Promote community activities and involvement
- Work closely with residents' families/guardians
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations and Licensure rules

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Education, Health Care, or related field
- A minimum of two years of verifiable work experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities
- One year of previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, employees, and general public.
- Ability to work varying hours.
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills
- Accurate typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
