This managarial role supports field work activities enablement and administration trageting data driven field methodology compliance & quality data collection validations based on QCT Analyst, insights. This role includes team management responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Field Enablement and Administration.
- Auditor support (Phone, chat with auditors).
- Visit planning activities/ Store visit re-assignments.
- FW progress monitoring (RA, RRES, NIV, etc.).
- Conduct physical store check/control (including alternative checks during the extraordinary periods) if assigned by QCTA or other stakeholders.
- Panel controls (recruitment, TLS, PLS, etc.).
- Special projects coordination and status.
- Store recruitment coordination and monitoring, and support in recruitment activity.
- Provide support to internal and external clients field visits.
- Support Auditors on improving store collaboration.
- College degree preferred (depending on the market minimum years of experience may be stated).
- Proficiency in Local language of markets in scope is required and English is preferred.
- Knowledge of Field Audit Methodology, CDAR tools and processes (highly preferred).
- Professional maturity in relation to others and to work, which enable effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to come to an understanding of a situation, task, problem, opportunity.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (MS Office, Chat s/w).
