- Resolve service issues quickly, professionally, & with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure all services are delivered on time and to Fike's expectations
- With a consultative approach, educate clients on Fikes' services that can help their businesses thrive
- Keep detailed & accurate data of client interaction, feedback, & service notes with consistency & quality
- As a brand ambassador for Fikes, you will represent our relentless commitment to details in all ways
- Positive, professional attitude with a passion for delivering results
- Self-starter with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- High School diploma or GED required
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
