This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Service Requests: Handle pre-renewals/renewals, complete Acord applications, submit to carriers, and analyze quotations.
- Client Support: Prepare proposals, summaries, binders, invoices, and certificates; review endorsements, policies, and audits for accuracy.
- Compliance & Contracts: Conduct contract reviews, resolve COI compliance issues, order endorsements, and ensure insurance requirements are met.
- System & Workflow Management: Use internal systems to track and prioritize workload; follow up professionally with clients and carriers.
- Collaboration & Meetings: Participate in renewal meetings and coordinate with producers and account managers.
- Training & Development: Complete certifications and training; assist with mentoring Account Assistants as needed.
- Carrier & Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on carrier underwriting guidelines and perform additional duties as assigned.
- 3 years of insurance experience
- 1 years at the Account Manager level preferred
- Applicable state Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent's License
- Industry-related certifications expected
- College degree preferred, or equivalent experience
