This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in keeping the facility presentable and functional—supporting daily warehouse operations through cleaning, recycling management, and general warehouse support tasks.If you’re hardworking, self-directed, and enjoy staying active throughout the day, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)In this role, you will:Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentPerform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfacesRespond quickly to spills, messes, and urgent cleaning needsKeep cleaning equipment and supplies organized, stocked, and properly storedManage recycling materials including wood pallets, cardboard, and plasticSupport general warehouse operations and assist with additional tasks as neededFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning protocolsOperate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided when applicable)What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)To be successful, you should have:1 year of janitorial or warehouse experience (required)Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a teamAbility to take initiative in a fast-paced environmentSolid communication and customer service skillsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motionsKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety guidelinesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsForklift certification is a plus (training may be provided) — must be willing and able to operate safelyScheduleFull-time (8 hours per day)Monday–FridaySome flexibility may be required for special events or cleaning emergenciesCompensation$22–$24 per hour, depending on experienceCompetitive pay with opportunities to grow and learn new skillsWe actively seek a diverse pool of candidates from a variety of backgrounds, and multicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
