Responsibilities
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for team members
- Create and manage weekly schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Maintain inventory accuracy, place orders, and manage product rotation
- Coach the team to follow FiiZ procedures, quality standards, and service expectations
- Improve store operations through problem solving, consistent follow up, and process adjustments
- Support a fast-paced work environment and help team members stay focused and efficient
- Address customer needs with professionalism and positivity
- Monitor store cleanliness, product quality, and overall presentation
- Foster a strong team culture through communication and accountability
- Work with ownership on goals, performance, and continuous improvement
Requirements

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
