Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to franchisees on operational best practices, ensuring consistency across locations
- Assist in strategic planning efforts to identify growth opportunities and optimize existing franchise operations
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for improvement
- Lead process improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Develop tailored business strategies for franchisees to foster business development and revenue growth
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of consulting services and support
- Deliver training sessions and workshops focused on operational excellence, management skills, and business development techniques
