Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and help drive team success. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, operational efficiency, and a consistently high-quality guest experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and employee documentation.
- Support onboarding of new team members, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
- Monitor inventory levels, organize supplies, and place orders to maintain adequate stock.
- Help track labor and operational costs and support efforts to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Assist with in-store promotions, signage, and local marketing initiatives.
- Help maintain engaging, brand-aligned content for store-level social media platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general business software.
Organization & Detail Orientation
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Multitasking Ability
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Industry Experience (Preferred)
- Experience in food service, retail, or beverage operations is a plus.
