The Role
We’re looking for a strong, reliable Kitchen Production Chef who thrives in fast-paced environments and values consistency, organization, and quality. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, systems are defined, your job is to execute them with precision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- execute recipes based on set specs and standards
- support production for catering, grab-and-go, and meal service
- maintain consistency in portioning, seasoning, and presentation
- follow prep lists, schedules, and labeling systems
- keep a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen
- manage fifo, storage, labeling, and waste control
- assist with receiving and ingredient organization
- support basic recipe testing and adjustments
- communicate clearly with the team on needs or issues
Who This Role Is For
- 2 years in a professional kitchen (restaurant, catering, or production)
- comfortable with batch cooking and high-volume production
- able to work fast while staying organized and clean
- experience with healthy or wellness-focused food is a plus
- reliable, team-oriented, and open to feedback
- comfortable working within structure and systems
