The role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to support daily kitchen production. This role is focused on prep, organization, and consistency setting the foundation for a smooth and efficient kitchen.

You will work closely with the production team to ensure all ingredients are prepped, labeled, and ready for execution.

What You’ll be doing

• Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients based on prep lists
• Follow exact measurements and prep standards (no guessing)
• Support daily production setup for meals, catering, and grab-and-go
• Maintain clean, organized prep stations at all times
• Label, store, and rotate ingredients (fifo)
• Assist with basic cooking tasks when needed
• Restock stations and support kitchen flow during production
• Help receive and organize deliveries
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Who This Role Is For

• 1 year in a kitchen environment (prep cook, line cook, or similar)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable following systems and instructions exactly
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Interested in health, wellness, and clean food is a plus
• Open to learning and growing within a structured kitchen
