- Lead, inspire, and mentor the FI team
- Collaborate with the Founder to develop strategies for client projects—utilizing marketing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and emerging technology
- Prepare proposals and manage project outcomes, budgets, and scopes
- Participate in leadership team planning, striving for excellence and company growth
Daily Responsibilities
- Energize the FI team, ensuring the culture remains exceptional
- Prioritize work and resources for designers team based on short- and long-term needs
- Lead brainstorming sessions with the FI team and Founder, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives
- Review and approve all assets developed by the FI team, ensuring exceptional deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
- Lead client presentations, mentoring the FI team to present their work effectively
- Develop and lead campaign advertising strategies for all client work
- Work directly with the Founder to facilitate creative solutions
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
- Keep projects on time and within budget
- Monitor success and provide reporting for campaigns where possible
- Represent Fig Industries in the Lancaster community and beyond
- Lead Fig Industries development efforts collaboratively with the Founder
- Collaborate with the Fig Magazine Managing Director on design needs / capacities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 10 years of experience in a marketing role at an agency or branding house
- Deep understanding of the creative process, including the creation of brands, strategic campaigns, advertising, websites, etc.
- Proven management experience / desire to lead others
- Working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Understanding of budgeting and reporting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with several clients simultaneously
- Ability to cultivate long-term relationships
