Due to continued growth and a clear succession opportunity within the team, they are now hiring a Principal Consultant – Finance to further expand their private markets coverage.
The Principal Consultant – Finance will join a high performing team with several consultants billing $400K–$800K annually.
Role Highlights
The Principal Consultant – Finance will:
– Win and develop new client accounts across private equity, infrastructure funds and investment banking
– Run full 360 recruitment processes from business development to placement
– Secure and deliver retained mandates at senior level
– Build trusted relationships with MDs, Partners and senior finance leaders
– Establish a strong personal brand within the private capital market
You Will Need
The role requires:
– 2–5 years’ recruitment experience in a 360 or client-heavy 180 role
– Demonstrable success in business development and revenue generation
– Confidence engaging senior stakeholders within finance
– Commercial resilience and strong negotiation skills
– Open to consultants coming from industries outside of FS
