The Senior Recruitment Consultant will build client relationships, deliver top-tier talent, and drive business growth in a fast-paced 360 recruitment environment.

Role Highlights

– Manage the full recruitment cycle from BD to candidate placement

– Source and qualify high-level professionals across life sciences functions

You Will Need

– At least 2 years of 360 agency recruitment experience

– A track record of billing success in a metrics-driven environment

– Passion for business development and talent advisory

– Knowledge of life sciences sectors (or the motivation to learn fast)

– Strong phone presence, negotiation skills, and self-motivation
