With strong client demand, an average fee of around $35,000, and ambitious plans to grow the Miami office, you’ll have the opportunity to build your earnings and career alongside the business. The Entry Level Recruiter will manage candidate delivery for high-growth AI and technology clients across the US.

Role Highlights

– Own candidate delivery across active US technology recruitment mandates

– Source, engage, qualify, and manage high-quality candidates through the recruitment process

– Work alongside dedicated business development colleagues on established and newly won accounts

– Build relationships with candidates across some of the most active US technology markets

You Will Need

– Bring 1 year experience in sales, retail, or target-driven roles

– Communicate confidently in person and over the phone

– Demonstrate resilience and a strong work ethic

– Be coachable and open to continuous development

– Show ambition to build a long-term recruitment career

– A motivated, commercially minded approach with a genuine interest in increasing your earnings and responsibilities
