The Business Development Manager will drive commercial growth across the Western United States by developing new business opportunities, strengthening distribution networks and building trusted relationships with clinical and dealer partners.
Role Highlights
– Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Western territory
– Generate new business through outbound prospecting, inbound enquiries and virtual meetings
– Build long-term partnerships with dealers, therapists and specialist distribution partners
– Identify new revenue opportunities and convert them into sustainable business growth
– Represent the business at selected industry events, demonstrations and regional trade shows
You Will Need
– Proven success in business development or consultative sales
– Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
– A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
– Healthcare, medical device, rehabilitation or distribution experience is beneficial but not essential
