BREW HOUSE HOURS OF OPERATION:Sunday - Thursday | 11am-10pmFriday & Saturday | 11am-11pmAs a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly immediate greeting to our guests at the door. You will seat the guests and present clean menus in a friendly, professional, and quick manner. You will take names on a waiting list and give quotes when tables are not immediately available, run the floor plan board, observe and keep track of the status of tables, answer the phone and questions concerning the menu and the restaurant, and fill to-go orders. You will help to maintain and organize the host area, retail store, foyer, front entrance, and restrooms throughout your shift.
