Venue Transport & Mobility – Overview
The Venue Transport Operations team delivers transportation services for all FIFA client groups, including PMAs, Referees, VIP/VVIP/Legends, Workforce, Media, and stakeholders.
This evergreen posting supports multiple Venue Transport & Mobility roles across Host Cities, stadiums, hotels, training sites, airports/FBOs, depots, and the International Broadcast Center (IBC).

- IBC Transport Venue Coordinator (Dallas only & additional locations)
- Venue Transport Supervisor
- Venue Transport Parking Senior Coordinator (VAPP)
- Spectator Parking Coordinator (Miami)
- Training Site Venue Transport Supervisor (Miami)
Core Responsibilities (Across Roles)
- Support 24-hour venue transport operations and parking management.
- Enforce VAPP (Vehicle Access & Parking Permit) procedures and access controls.
- Coordinate with Security, Fleet, Bus Operations, suppliers, and Venue Management.
- Manage incidents and escalate issues during live operations.
- Supervise volunteers and contractors, ensuring clear briefings and shift coverage.
- Provide professional client-facing support to FIFA constituent groups.
Role-Specific Highlights
Venue Transport Supervisor
- Coordinate stadium transport operations with Stadium Operations and Security.
- Liaise with Bus and Fleet teams during live match operations.
- Manage transport desks, signage, traffic flows, and FF&E.
- Train and supervise operational staff and volunteers.
Venue Transport Senior Coordinator – Parking (VAPP)
- Deliver tournament-wide VAPP operations (digital & printed permits).
- Maintain permit databases, reporting, and scanning performance metrics.
- Align parking capacity with permit allocation.
- Manage PDAs, parking signage, help desk support, and issue resolution.
Training Site Venue Transport Supervisor
- Oversee transport plans and budgets for training sites and Team Base Camps.
- Integrate transport plans with security requirements.
- Conduct readiness exercises and support test events.
Spectator Parking Coordinator
- Develop parking allocation strategies for select Host Cities.
- Collaborate with JustPark and internal stakeholders.
- Track parking sales performance and support SOP development.

Your Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience accepted.
Experience
- Transport, mobility, logistics, fleet/bus, airport, hotel, or event operations experience.
- Client service or live operations background preferred.
- Experience supervising staff or volunteers advantageous.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive operations under pressure.
- Major event experience strongly preferred.
Languages
Fluent English required. Spanish and/or French strongly preferred. Additional languages are an asset.
Technology
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
- Comfortable with planning tools and operational dashboards.
- Ability to learn tournament systems (e.g., TMM, IFES, fleet tracking tools).
- Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or CRM systems preferred.
