Main Activities and Responsibilities
We are seeking Tournament Operations Talent to support venue readiness, match-day operations, and live event delivery across stadiums and event sites in each Host City. This role plays a key part in executing a world-class global sporting event in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Assignments will be based on operational needs and individual experience.

Airports, hotels, and team base camps
Fan zones and public viewing events
Accreditation and uniform distribution centers
Media and broadcast centers (IBC/MPC)
Transport hubs, fleet operations, and warehouses
Workforce and volunteer centers
VIP and hospitality locations
Host city coordination and stakeholder operations

- Previous experience in event operations, logistics, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and event days
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on-site for extended periods
- Based in Miami, with work across multiple venues and sites
- Tournament-time role with variable hours based on event schedules
- May require early mornings, late nights, and extended shifts
