Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Coordinator role based in Kansas City, MO. The Coordinator will be responsible for supporting logistical planning and execution for events and activities related to the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Key duties include managing communications, coordinating schedules, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with event operations, and ensuring that all activities meet organizational standards and deadlines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination across multiple teams and partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of event planning and logistics management
• Proficiency using digital tools and software for scheduling, project management, and documentation
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively in fast-paced environments
• Experience in event management or sports administration preferred
• Understanding of international sporting events or large-scale public events is an asset
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, adhering to timelines and goals
