Customer Service & Sales Representative
Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax – San Jose, CA
Full-Time | $23–$28/hr INCENTIVES (Based on type experience or type of insurance license) $23-24 PER EXPERIENCE WITHOUT LICENSE

What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in-person and by phone
- Match customers with the best insurance or tax services
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Build strong relationships with new and returning clients
- Help with light marketing and outreach efforts
- Keep a professional, positive attitude with every interaction

Mon–Fri 10AM–7PM | 9AM - 7PM | Sat 10AM–5PM
Requirements
- Must speak English & Spanish fluently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Willingness to learn
- Great communication & basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation (occasional travel between stores)
- Must be available Saturdays & some holidays
- Must be able to work up to 6 days during tax season
