We are seeking a highly qualified District Sales Manager to lead six offices across multiple cities, drive revenue growth, and build top-performing teams. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong sales strategy, coaching, and operational oversight of district performance. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will be responsible for achieving profitability goals, ensuring compliance, and creating a winning culture across the district.
Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 base salary monthly bonus compensation plan (earnings potential $100,000 annually)

Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Strategy
- Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets district-wide.
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly on KPIs and sales performance.
- Host daily huddles and check-ins with Sales Managers driving accountability and execution.
- Partner with Sales Managers to set goals and provide strategies to win.
- Implement localized marketing and adapt strategies to market trends.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and retain Sales Managers and Licensed Sales Agents.
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and monthly team meetings.
- Hold Sales Managers accountable for executing district goals and action plans.
- Ensure effective onboarding, training, and support for all new hires.
Operations & Compliance
- Provide district-wide operational oversight to ensure consistency across offices.
- Perform routine office visits for compliance, efficiency, and staff development.
- Oversee execution of company policies, customer experience standards, and performance metrics.
- Manage staffing coverage, scheduling, and escalate HR/disciplinary issues to ownership.
- Conduct call audits and implement training programs to close performance gaps.
- Track and approve supply orders, ensuring operational readiness at each location.
Customer Experience & Culture
- Build and sustain a customer-first culture across all offices.
- Lead by example to inspire professionalism and service excellence.
- Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing work environment.
Administrative & Communication
- Maintain consistent communication with ownership and district teams.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on productivity and outcomes.
- Share updates, initiatives, and expectations clearly and promptly.
Compensations, Awards & Incentives
- With a competitive base salary and monthly performance bonuses, District Managers consistently earn six figures annually.

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 3 years of proven sales experience
- 2 years of management experience (leading 5 staff)
- Insurance brokerage experience (P&C lines)
- California Personal Lines Insurance License
- Must complete Registration Services & Tax Certification within 60 days
- Minimum of 3 professional referrals required
